Product Guides are developed in cooperation with the brand to assist owners, owner’s representatives and operators to facilitate the ordering process.  The guides are created for FF&E and OS&E fulfillment.  These specific product listings are defined by supplier for each of Hilton Worldwide Brands Design packages.  They reference the specific products in each scheme with associated “Tag Number” and leverage Hilton Hotels Corporation pricing to give properties the option of managing their own FF&E project supply services. Prices shown in Product Guides are based on purchasing products through Supply Management’s project services group. At the time of order placement when purchasing products and/or services via supplier direct, actual prices may vary based on credit and/or overall purchasing volume.

While not a catalog or order form, these Product Guides are meant to assist in conversations relative to determining project requirements by providing a list of products and suppliers who produce them.  Communication between the property and designated supplier contact must take place prior to ordering to establish a project definition, credit, order details, logistics and lead times.  Once details are complete, a property may submit the populated Product Guides to each supplier contact represented.  When submitting the guides to the respective suppliers, the Product Guide Fax Coversheet (available on the following page) must accompany each transmission.  To obtain the Product Guides, please contact the designated representative below and be sure all appropriate brand design approvals are received prior to conducting purchases:
