| Food and Beverage (F&B) – Supply Management works closely with national and regional food
and beverage manufacturers to provide you with an extensive offering of both food and beverage consumable products and
supplies/equipment. F&B consumable programs include such items as dairy, bakery, produce, meat, poultry, seafood, grocery,
and alcoholic beverages. Equipment and supplies include such items as china, glassware, flatware, linen, ovens, and dishwashers. |

| Guest Rooms and Public Space – Whether you’re looking for shampoo for your guest rooms or
furniture for your lobby, Supply Management has developed programs for everything you need for your Guest Rooms and Public
Space, including products for ongoing operations, such as linens, terry, amenities, hair dryers, uniforms, and housekeeping
supplies, as well as renovations, including Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E), such as carpeting, furniture, artwork,
drapery, beds, and televisions. |

| Global Travel Management – The Global Travel Management program provides you with best-in-class global travel
services for team members in Hilton Worldwide. This includes, but not
limited to supplier management, corporate global air contracting and analysis, car
rental, global travel policy review, and black car service contracts. Recent additions
to these services include deployment of a global online booking tool (AXO),
automated expense reporting (GERS), and standardized corporate card
deployment. Global reporting of both travel and card spend provides Hilton Hotels
Corporation the ability to maximize negotiation representing all travel spend within
the organization. |

Energy Management – The Energy Management group manages the purchasing of electricity and natural
gas in both regulated and deregulated markets, renewable energy and related utilities
consumed by hotels/properties. Specific services include electric power and natural
gas commodity procurement, strategic energy plan development, rate analysis,
optimization, contract negotiation, online reporting, market intelligence, invoice review
and reconciliation, risk management, supplier reviews, budgeting and forecasting, and
other related products and services.
